Busbar Bending Punching Cutting Machine Before operation
1. The fuel tank must be filled with oil before starting the machine for the first time to avoid damage to the oil pump.
2. You must read this manual carefully and be familiar with the structure, performance and operation methods of the machine.
3. Don’t bring scarves or coats and other clothes to operate.
4. Use the correct method to work in order to stop and get rid of the danger as soon as possible in the event of a failure.
5. If the ambient temperature is lower than 0℃, it should be turned on and run for a few minutes before working.
In operation
1. Assembling, debugging (aligning the mold, adjusting the blade gap) or disassembling the mold must be carried out by personnel familiar with the machine in accordance with the prescribed regulations.
2. When the machine is working normally, do not put your hands or part of the body between the upper and lower molds (blade) to avoid accidents.
3. Do not put all sundries and tools on the workbench to avoid accidents caused by rolling into the mold or knife edge.
4. Since the machine can be operated by multiple people, there must be someone responsible for directing production.
5. Be sure to choose the gap between the shear blade and the die and the bending radius according to the thickness of the copper bar (or aluminum bar).
6. Be sure to stop the machine when changing the mold to avoid danger.
7. During operation, be careful when holding the workpiece and waiting for the slide to go down.
8. The sharpness of the cutting edge of the blade and die should be checked regularly. If the cutting edge is found to be dull, it should be sharpened or replaced in time.
9. Keep the oil clean and the oil path unblocked, and lubricate the moving parts of each unit every shift.
10. The electrical and hydraulic components must be flexible in action and in the correct position. If abnormalities are found, they must be stopped immediately for inspection.
